2. How to Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Hanygo account (including the Google Sign-In data we store), please email us at biz@hanypick.com with the subject line:
RequestRequestRequest Delete My Hanygo Account
In your message, please include:
- Your Google account email used to sign in.
- A short statement confirming you want to delete your Hanygo data.
We will follow up and permanently remove your personal information (e.g., UID, email, profile details) from our servers, typically within 7 business days.
3. Types of Data and Retention
Data We Delete:
- Account Data (Google UID, email address, name)
- Profile Information (Display name, influencer SNS accounts, country)
- Activity Logs (Points, store visits, game records)
Data We May Retain Temporarily:
- For legal or auditing obligations, we may keep minimal records (e.g., transaction histories, log files) for up to 30 days after deletion to comply with local regulations or dispute resolutions. Once the retention period ends, this data is fully deleted or anonymized.
After Deletion:
- You will no longer be able to access Hanygo features tied to your account.
- Re-installing or re-signing in with the same Google account after deletion will create a new account without the previous data.
