Welcome to SEOULCon (the “App”). SEOULCon is developed and operated by Vanilla Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our App and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide

Account and Login Data. When you sign in (e.g., via Google), we collect your name, email address, profile photo, and unique user ID.

Influencer SNS IDs (Optional). If you identify as an influencer, you may provide social media handles (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Country/Region. We collect your selfโ€‘reported country.

Preferences and Survey Data; Other Voluntary Data. You may provide preferences or feedback through surveys or forms.

Location Information

With your consent, the App may access your device’s location to display brand store locations near you, log your visits, or show relevant event spots. You can deny or later disable location permission; some features may be limited.

Usage and Device Data

Device model, operating system, app version, IP address, and log/timestamp information may be collected for functionality, security, and analytics.

Cookies and Similar Technologies (Web only)

If you use our web service, we may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance experience and analyze trends.

Health & Fitness Data (Android)

We access Health & Fitness data only to power stepโ€‘based features in the App. Depending on your device and settings, we may access:

    •    Step count (number of steps)

    •    Distance walked/runned (if available)

    •    Estimated calories burned (if available)

Sources. We obtain this data from Google Health Connect and/or Google Fit on Android, and only after you grant explicit permission. We may also use the Android ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION runtime permission to support step tracking.

Onโ€‘device vs. server. We primarily process Health & Fitness Data on your device to calculate daily progress and mission eligibility. To operate the rewards system, we may store minimal derived records on our servers—e.g., that a “daily step mission” was completed on a date and the step count at the time of completion—together with points awarded. We do not store detailed, continuous health histories on our servers.
